Later Unfortunately But Interestingly, I was equally disgusted to notice and learn that the employers too were being very calculative, while deciding the salaries of their employees... Instead of considering their Productivity, Quantity and Quality of Work, their Skill-Sets, Experience, Honesty, and Loyalty, They Too were looking into the lives of the employees Not To see how they could improve it, but to calculate and limit their salaries and other due benefits based on things like:
- An employee hooked from a village (thinking that they are doing him a great favour giving him an exposure and totally forgetting that it is they, who are in need of honest, hard-working and loyal people to work for them).
- Need for the job (The more the needy/dependant/helpless the employee, the more lesser was the salary and leaves etc.)
- If an employee had his/her own house (they decided to give him/her less, since he did not have any rental expenses).
- If they gave an Out station employee food and accommodation they would reduce the salary even more in-spite of underpaying him/her and forgetting the fact that the employee has been brought out of the domain of his/her house where he/she would not otherwise have those expenses.
- They prefer Unmarried employees as they think that they would have lesser expenses and so that they didn't have to pay them more. Not to forget that, they could be made to work overtime without much convincing.
- The Distance of the Employee's Residence. (If he/she lived close by then they would decide that they didn't need to pay more, as he could be easily made to feel how lucky he was that the office was right next to his house as if they built the office keeping the employee in mind). Ethically TA is to be calculated solely above and after the salary of the employee is calculated based on his Skill-Sets, Experience, Productivity, Work Quality, Honesty, and Loyalty.

Additionally if Employers want Employees to understand the difficulties that they face due to losses in the Business or Problems in the business arising out of the Personal problems of the Employers resulting in Under-Payment, Delays in Salaries and Benefits etc, then Employers Too have to be Human towards their Employees and Sympathize with the Personal Problems Of their Employees....
